four, i mean three things these Sony Music Japan artists have in common:

1. Their upcoming singles (you’ll see later) will be released on the same date (Feb. 25th), except for Itou Yuna’s, which will be out on Mar. 4th (my mistake *faints*)
2. All of their singles are ending themes
3. These ending themes are used for ongoing anime
4. Their songs are my fave for this season’s anime themes

playboy on the move…

yup, seriously…

There isn’t many interesting anime to watch this winter, maybe just a few or so. And for someone like me who tends to go for not-so-famous anime, maybe one or two.

I’m not sure if I want to watch Ride Back (premieres 1/11) (I’m stil having an internal debate over it… I wonder why…). Perhaps watching the 1st episode will confirm my commitment to the series.

But I’m definitely watching Genji Monogatari Sennenki (premieres 1/15 on the noitaminA slot). I must confess – I’m attracted to anime related to Japanese legends, mysteries, mystical stories and the like (I won’t say all but I’ve watched a few *ques in Ayakashi ~Japanese Classic Horror~, Mononoke, Mouryou no Hako*), though this time, it’s more to drama and romance in old Japan – specifically Heian Period. And if you have no frikkin’ idea what Genji Monogatari or Tales of Genji is about, there’s always the search engine to help out. In my own words though, Genji is kinda like the Japanese Casanova.

By the way, the honour of voicing Genji in this anime  is given to Sakurai Takahiro (a.k.a. Cloud from FF7, Medicine Man from Ayakashi and Mononoke, Kira Izuru from Bleach, Shibuya Yuri from Kyou Kara Maou). All the best to him *salutes!*

first of all, Happy New Yeah~!!!

things to do this year:

• complete my fanfiction and write other stuffs (if possible)
• get a job
• stick to the family
• watch over me cats (oh miaow!)
• check out (preferred) new anime and theme songs
• listen to Angela Aki’s songs, old and new (her new single and album will be out next month!)
• keep in touch with people
• etc… etc… etc…

…pretty simple really.
